At touroria.com, we ensure a seamless and secure booking experience for all our guests. Please read the following delivery and cancellation policies carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Making Your Booking The first person listed on the reservation, known as the “party leader,” must be over 18 and authorized to make the booking on behalf of all participants, including minors under 18, with parental or guardian consent. By submitting a booking, the party leader confirms full responsibility for all payments and communications.
2. Payment Payments can be made either securely online via credit/debit card at the time of booking or on the tour day by cash or card, depending on the service. All listed prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
3. Booking Confirmation Upon confirming availability and receiving your payment, we will send a confirmation email and invoice to the party leader. This includes pick-up times, meeting points, and all relevant tour information. Please check this confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any detail appears incorrect.
4. Website Prices Our tour prices are dynamic and may change based on exchange rates or supplier costs. We strive to provide accurate pricing at all times. Once your booking is confirmed, the quoted price will not change unless you amend the booking.
5. Special Requests If you have any special requests—dietary, accessibility, or other preferences—please inform us during booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate them but cannot guarantee fulfillment. Unconfirmed requests remain subject to availability.
6. Tour Delivery All tours and transfers are operated by licensed and professional local providers. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive full details including time, location, and contact. For airport transfers, your driver will greet you at the terminal with a personalized sign.
7. Modifications To modify your reservation (change of date, participant number, etc.), please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll assist you based on availability and policy.
8. Cancellation & Refunds Unless otherwise stated in the tour description, you can cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Refunds are processed through your original payment method. For verified emergencies such as illness, late cancellations may still be eligible for a refund upon providing documentation. No refunds are issued for no-shows without notice.
