This Distance Sales Agreement is made in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated 13.06.2003 and numbered 25137. It is legally required for purchases made through the internet.

By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the following:
Service Description: Buyer purchases the tour/transfer service listed on the website.
Price and Payment: Prices include taxes. Payment can be made securely online by credit card, via mail order, or in cash on the tour day, depending on the selected option.
Delivery: The service will be provided on the specified date. Any delay will be informed to the Buyer.
Right of Withdrawal: Buyer can cancel the reservation up to 24 hours before the tour time for a full refund. No refund may be issued for cancellations within 24 hours.
Obligations: The Seller commits to providing the service as described. The Buyer must provide accurate information and follow the conditions.
Dispute Resolution: Turkish Consumer Protection Law and relevant courts in the Seller’s location shall apply.
By placing the order, the Buyer accepts all terms of this agreement.
